The Darebin Park Booking System Review was conducted in 2012 to determine the need for a Park Booking System. Darebin’s aim was for accessibility and current best practice regarding public use of Council parks and gardens. Without a policy or guideline for park bookings, consistent, high quality customer service was difficult to achieve.
